Yes, it’s possible to run your own business and live a more meaningful and enjoyable life while you're at it!

I have learned that running your own business is an ongoing learning process -- you never stop learning as long as you’re growing. I also learned that with the help of your peers you can go a long way.

I am continuously learning and growing and want to do it with you! --  I have learned a lot from other entrepreneurs through their knowledge and wisdom.

We all have something to offer and we can grow very successful businesses with the help of each other! We all know it’s impossible to know absolutely everything in life and in business, it’s impossible to fill every void ourselves. That is why searching for those useful nuggets of wisdom and inserting them into the cracks and crevices of our life and business is the secret to success.

Aside from providing bookkeeping and tax services through our parent company, C&C CPA Services PA, we also wanted to provide a place that offers free resources and tools that we have found to be helpful for all types of businesses  -- and we do it through this blog.

There are a few key factors that play a major role when it comes to the success of your business.

These key factors are:

  1. Financial Mastery

  2. Business & Personal Development

  3. Inner Drive Development

The purpose of this blog is to provide free resources, advice, and tips around these key factors.

Financial Mastery

One key to business success is keeping your financial house in order as you build your business. We strive to provide valuable insights on saving, growing and managing your money so your business can grow.

Business & Personal Development

Another key to business success is building a strong foundation and building business knowledge. It is a proven fact that unless your foundation is strong, your business will never reach its highest potential. There are many pieces to running a business, knowing what these are mean the difference between success and failure.

Inner Drive Development

This is no clichè. Feeding Your Inner Drive is also a key factor to business success and life success in general. Think about it, as long as that inner fire is turned on you will be capable of doing anything. Every single thing we do is driven by a motive. Staying motivated and inspired does not come naturally to most of us, at least not all of the time. We offer ways to keep your “inner entrepreneur” spirit motivated and inspired so that you can stay aligned with your goals.

So who is behind this blog anyways??

Just someone with the hopes of providing you enough value to inspire and help you take action in the world of possibilities we have around us.

Hi, There! 🙂

My name is Rosy.

I am a Certified Public Accountant. I have been in the accounting industry now close to 10 years. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting.

It's funny how Accountants have the stigma of being boring -- Haha! totally not true, I can attest to that 🙂 Yes, I am big on logic, facts & rules but I also believe you can be creative in any profession or anything you do in life -- it's totally what you make of it. As human beings we all have our own secret sauce which is what makes us different, it’s what makes life interesting. You decide for yourself how you want to live your life.

You can shape your life to make it whatever you want it to be -- but it all starts with you!

I have high respects for business owners & entrepreneurs. I have always been drawn to highly motivated and successful people, I think mostly because of how happy they always seemed to be. So at a very young age, I knew that I also wanted to be as happy and successful as those people were.

I started my very first business with my sister when I was in middle school by selling chocolate bars and candy to my friends and classmates, which very quickly grew to literally selling candy to the entire school. I was referred to as the "candy girl" many people didn't know my name, but they could quickly spot me in a hallway full of kids.

Fast-forward a few years: I graduated college, became a CPA, worked for various well-known corporations and slowly climbed the corporate ladder starting at the staff level to the senior and then managerial level. I enjoyed and gained valuable experience every step of the way, and still enjoy learning and growing within my field of study.

Along through my life journey, I have always dreamt of running my own business and knew that one day I was going to fulfill this dream of mine. I eventually partnered with my cousin, who already had an established accounting practice in New York City, to open up an accounting practice in Florida.

I was very fortunate to have him guide me through the path of entrepreneurship, which can be very scary at first.

Honestly, if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have launched my own practice due to the uncertainties and fear I had as a newbie.

After a few years as co-owner in our Accounting & Tax business and in hopes of fulfilling my new found passion of writing and teaching others, I started this blog to help those who dream of launching their own business but are not sure how to start or how to go about it. I am here to help you facilitate your entrepreneurial journey as best as I can by offering my own nuggets of wisdom with you. If through this blog you take away one thing that will help facilitate your journey both in business and in life then it means I have done my job 🙂

Family is the most important thing to me. I am thankful every day for my family. I am married to a truly wonderful person with great values whom I am blessed to share my life with. We have been married for 9 years and together share our ultimate bundle of joy, our son Caleb ♥

I hope this blog truly serves you well, can't wait to meet you inside!

To your Success
